Return/Refunds

Due to the Nature of Handmade items returns cannot be accepted. If there is a problem with your order, please reach out and we will make it right.

Warranty:

Every item on the site comes with a lifetime warranty. The warranty covers all issues, except for the following: 

-Your item was damaged beyond repair (we will offer discounts to customers who've damaged their items beyond repair and would like to repurchase). (Please note, if your item was damaged beyond repair during shipping, we will replace the item free of charge.)

-Breakage of a chain for a necklace or a bracelet (we offer replacement chains at a discounted price)

-You purchased the incorrect ring size

-You purchased the wrong material

-Your item was lost in the mail 

-You lost your item (we will offer discounts to customers who lost their item and would like to repurchase) 

-You don't like the color of the stone you received, but you didn't provide us a picture of the specific color you would like

Exchanges:

If your order has not shipped you may exchange your item, however, a 20% restocking fee will be charged if we have already created your item. Items that have already been shipped cannot be exchanged. 

Cancellations:

-If you decide to cancel your order after you've shipped your inclusions, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning them. 

-If you cancel your order after your jewelry pieces have been ordered, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. 

-Orders cannot be cancelled after they've been shipped.
