I recently ordered a men's memorial ring (style #2) as a keepsake for my beloved dog Lilly. I initially had some questions, and spoke with Sarah about the design I preferred using both ashes and fur as well as an inscription inside the band. Sarah was very understanding, pleasant and accommodating. Before creating the ring, Sarah reached out to confirm a design option just to make sure it would appear to my liking. Once the ring was finished, Sarah reached out again to send along pictures to make sure I was happy. The ring is absolutely beautiful and Sarah did a magnificent job creating a quality memorable keepsake. From start to finish, the entire experience was friendly, easy and quick.
